How do I RSVP?
Please RSVP by completing the form to the right. It is also important to indicate whether or not you intend to stay with us on-location at The Woods Farm.
Guests are welcome to source their own accommodation for the event, should they so desire, however we have managed to secure a well-priced discount for all of our guests which includes:

Two-nights accommodation on-site in a Glamping Tent (with shared amenities) or a Cottage Room (dedicated amenities).

Dinner the night of arrival (Sunday) as a welcome party for all on-site guests.

Recovery Breakfast the morning after the festivities prior to check-out with Bacon, Eggs, Fruit, Granola - whatever your heart desires!

A free yoga lesson!

Free use of an on-site pool.

Free use of fire-pits, barbecue/wood-fire ovens and other shared amenities.

A range of games and play-areas, as well as gorgeous gardens across the 40-acre property.

Free exploration of the property outside of designated events.

Dedicated feeding opportunities with the range of animals on-site - horses, pigs, chickens, camels, alpacas, you name it!
We would love for all of our guests to stay with us for the full duration of our festivities - but realise this may not be possible for all.
Should you wish to stay with us, we have partnered with Eventbrite to make booking and paying for accommodation quick and easy via their online portal.
Simple purchase a ticket (either Glamping Tent or Cottage Room), complete the RSVP questionnaire and Bob's your uncle!*
Please be aware that some accommodation is pre-allocated for our VIP guests (such as the Bridal Party or family of the Bride & Groom) and thus spots may be limited.
